ちょっとした事ですねてしまって素直になれなくて、引くに引けなくなってどうしていいか分からなくなることもある。さて、どうしたものか。。。主人公スピンキーの表情がとても豊かに表現されている作品。終わり方も味があってよい。アメリカでよく知られている絵本。読んで６分ほどとやや長めだったので、息子は表面を理解したぐらいだったかもしれない。小３の娘は非常に面白かったという感想だった。

家族が自分のことをわかってくれないと怒っているスピンキー。誰が機嫌をとっても直らない。「スピンキーだいすき！」とピエロが来て、アイスを取り出しても（笑）。ずーっと頑張っていたけど、謝るのは嫌。そして、思いついた方法はみんなをおどかす事！
